Physical Upgrades

The project consisted of retrofitting the existing 8 story City of Omaha Parking Garage (Park One) with fall protection, secured exterior access stairs, and doors & hardware to achieve code compliance with ADA, the Elevator Inspector, and OSHA. Additional works included replacing the flooring thru out the only stairwell in a manner that allowed uninterrupted use by customers. The 77% contract increase was driven by a change order to repaint the entire interior ceiling of the Garage and was completed with minimal interruption to the continued use of the facility
